1. Scope
This policy applies when you communicate with Jīvarekhā through its official WhatsApp Business account, take part in the seven-day Praveśa journey, or otherwise interact with Jīvarekhā services supported by the “Jivarekha Darshana Insights” Meta application.
WhatsApp and other Meta products have their own terms and privacy practices. Information processed by those products is also governed by Meta’s policies.
2. Information we handle
- WhatsApp identity and conversation data: your phone number, profile information made available by WhatsApp, messages, replies, and attachments you choose to send.
- Praveśa journey data: your consent, submissions, responses, progress through the seven days, and related support history.
- Messaging operations: message-template identifiers, delivery events, read status where available, opt-in or opt-out status, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
- Authorized Meta insights: identifiers and performance or engagement information made available through Meta APIs for business assets that an authorized administrator connects.
We ask you not to send sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely needed for the service you requested.
3. How we use information
- to enroll you in, deliver, and support the seven-day Praveśa journey;
- to record confirmed submissions and prepare them for Founder review;
- to respond to requests and respect messaging preferences;
- to measure authorized campaign and page performance;
- to maintain security, diagnose faults, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations; and
- to improve the reliability and clarity of Jīvarekhā services.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use WhatsApp message content for unrelated advertising.
5. Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including service delivery, review, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, security, and legal requirements. Retention periods may vary by information type and applicable obligation.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may stop or opt out of automated WhatsApp messages using the instructions provided in the conversation. Depending on applicable law, you may also request access, correction, restriction, objection, portability, or deletion of your personal information.
7. Data deletion requests
To request deletion: contact Jīvarekhā through the official contact details displayed in the Jīvarekhā WhatsApp Business profile. State that you are requesting data deletion and identify the WhatsApp number used for the service.
We may need to verify that the request comes from the relevant account holder. We will delete or de-identify eligible data, subject to information we must keep for legal, safety, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping reasons.

For privacy questions, use the official contact details shown in the Jīvarekhā WhatsApp Business profile. We may update this policy as services or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
